Miami Cancer Institute offers an innovative Patient Navigation Program that streamlines your care delivery, creating a smoother, more seamless care path while also enhancing a compassionate experience on the cancer journey. From helping manage symptoms and understand treatment options to assisting caregivers and helping resolve insurance challenges, the Institute’s patient navigators develop compassionate and consistent relationships to help you at virtually every point of need.
Your patient navigator will:
- Help link you with community resources.
- Upon completion of treatment, refer you to our survivorship program
- Provide or coordinate support groups and educational programs for you
- Facilitate referrals to the appropriate cancer patient support services
