We are thrilled to announce the largest single donation in the nearly 65-year history of Baptist Health. The $50 million gift from Kenneth C. Griffin, founder and CEO of Citadel and founder of Griffin Catalyst, will advance neurological care in South Florida and beyond.
Griffin’s donation will fund the expansion of Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute, including the construction of a new, state-of-the-art center that will house the Institute and comprehensive care for patients on the campus of Baptist Hospital in Miami.
Marcus Neuroscience Institute at Boca Raton Regional Hospital
We are proud to announce the largest grant in Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s history — a $32 million commitment from The Marcus Foundation. This extraordinary gift from Bernie and Billi Marcus brings their total philanthropic support to nearly $75 million and will further elevate Marcus Neuroscience Institute as a premier destination for brain and spine care.
The grant will accelerate expansion efforts, advancing subspecialty programs in brain health and supporting the recruitment of leading clinician-scientists, ensuring world-class neurological care for patients in South Florida and beyond.
