    • If you have previously visited a Baptist Health location, *other than a Bethesda Hospital or the Boca Raton Regional Hospital* please follow these steps:
      • Select 'Create Account' and provide the information requested. All fields with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
      • Please ensure you use the same information provided during your last visit. You must provide the name, date of birth, sex, email address and phone provided during your last visit
      • Remove any non-letters from your first name and last name, e.g. spaces, apostrophes ( ‘ ) and hyphens ( - ) . For example, if your last name is Martinez-Ramos, you should enter it as Martinezramos.
      • You must use the same email you provided at the time of your last visit
      • If you have never provided an email, you must use the same mobile number you provided at the time of your last visit
    •  If you have never visited a Baptist Health location
      • Select 'Create Account' and provide the information requested. All fields with an asterisk (*) must be completed.

    • Please note you will only have one account username and password that is used for both PineApp and myBaptistHealth. If you create a PineApp account, you are able to choose a unique username. You may choose your email or select a different value during account creation
    • If have previously created a myBaptistHealth account. You will use your myBaptistHealth username and active password to log in to the PineApp. Your myBaptistHealth username was assigned to you, not chosen by you; and this username may be different from your email address. Please use the Forgot Username link to have your username sent to you.

    • Please use the Forgot Username link to have your username sent to you.

    • Please use the Forgot Password link to reset your password.

    • Currently, PineApp accounts are only for users 18 yrs and older and you cannot access someone else’s information.

    • You may have a myBaptistHealth account that requires activation. If you had access to the myBaptistHealth portal before 01/14/2022 and have not yet chosen your new password, please visit myBaptistHealth click on 'Need help signing in?' and select the 'Account Activation' option.
