Yelenis Seijo De Armas, M.D., Joins Baptist Health Heart & Vascular Care as a Cardiologist

MIAMI, FL October 20, 2025 – Cardiologist Yelenis Seijo De Armas, M.D., has joined Baptist Health Heart & Vascular Care at Baptist Health Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute. Dr. Seijo De Armas diagnoses, treats and manages a wide range of cardiovascular diseases, and her clinical interests include the optimization of cardiovascular health in women and expectant mothers.

 Dr. Seijo De Armas earned her medical degree at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami. She completed an internal medicine residency as well as a cardiovascular disease fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston, Florida.

During her clinical training, Dr. Seijo De Armas published her work in scientific journals, has presented at medical conferences and served on several committees and taught medical students. She contributes to the medical community as a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians.
