Urologist William J. Tingle, M.D., FACS, Joins Baptist Health Urology

CORAL GABLES, FL – January 16, 2025 – Board-certified urologist William J. Tingle, M.D., FACS, has joined Baptist Health Urology. He has more than 30 years of experience in his field and specializes in the treatment of kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia, erectile dysfunction, voiding dysfunction and prostate cancer. 

Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Tingle was a urologist at Florida Urology Specialists in Sarasota, Fla.

Dr. Tingle earned his medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville. He remained at the University of Florida to complete a general surgery internship and a urology residency at UF Health Shands Hospital.

Dr. Tingle is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Urological Association and the Florida Urologic Society.

Dr. Tingle is committed to providing his patients with personalized care. “I believe that clear, effective communication with my patients builds trust, strengthens the patient-doctor relationship and improves treatment outcomes,” he said.

Dr. Tingle will see patients at two locations: Baptist Health Urology | Marathon, 3303 Overseas Highway, Suite 100, Marathon, FL 33050; and Baptist Health Urology | Tavernier, 91550 Overseas Highway, Suite 214, Tavernier, FL 33070.
