Tara Levine, M.D., Joins Baptist Health Concierge Medicine
BOCA RATON, FL – December 9, 2025 – Tara Levine, M.D., has joined Baptist Health Concierge Medicine. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, she specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management and the coordination of ongoing medical care for concierge medicine patients. Her clinical interests include women’s health, geriatrics and longevity.
Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Levine practiced for 17 years at Conviva Care Center in Deerfield Beach, Fla.

Dr. Levine earned her medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. During her residency, she received the Johanson Excellence in Medical Humanism Award in recognition of her commitment to treating patients with empathy and respect.
Passionate about helping patients live the healthiest lives possible, Dr. Levine educates her patients and creates individualized care plans that empower them to play an active role in their health. “I integrate lifestyle counseling into routine visits, incorporating exercise, nutrition and evidence-based preventive strategies to help patients prevent disease, maintain independence as they age and foster lifelong wellness,” she said. “I am committed to serving as a steady partner in each patient’s health journey.”
