Ross J. Taylor, M.D., Joins Baptist Health as a Radiation Oncologist
BOCA RATON, FL – August 30, 2024 – Radiation oncologist Ross J. Taylor, M.D., has joined the Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute, part of Baptist Health, at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Dr. Taylor treats all disease sites. His clinical interests include stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy to treat primary gastrointestinal and lung malignancies, stereotactic radiosurgery to treat primary and metastatic central nervous system malignancies, and technology/advancements that aim to reduce acute and late side effects of radiation treatment.

Dr. Taylor earned his medical degree and completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He also completed a residency in radiation oncology at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System and served as chief resident during his final year.
Dr. Taylor has published numerous scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented scientific papers at professional symposiums. He is a member of the American College of Radiology, American College of Radiation Oncology and American Society for Radiation Oncology.
When it comes to patient care, Dr. Taylor offers education and empathy. “I ensure that my patients and their families have a clear understanding of the diagnosis, the full spectrum of treatment options and the position of radiation therapy in this paradigm,” he said.
Dr. Taylor will see patients at three Lynn Cancer Institute locations: 701 NW 13 Street, Boca Raton, FL, 33486; 16313 S. Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL 33484; and 10301 Hagen Ranch Road, Suite A-960, Boynton Beach, FL, 33437.
