Roselys Ibanez Cabrera, M.D., Joins Baptist Health Primary Care

MIAMI, Fla. – July 22, 2025 – Primary care physician Roselys Ibanez Cabrera, M.D., has joined Baptist Health Primary Care. She provides patient-centered care to adults utilizing a holistic approach that considers the unique health needs of each individual. Her clinical interests include cardiovascular health, rheumatology, women’s health, diabetes, hypertension management and obesity medicine. 

Dr. Ibanez Cabrera is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Ibanez Cabera earned her medical degree at Universidad De Ciencias Medicas De Villa Clara in Santa Clara, Cuba. She completed an internship that focused on internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics and obstetrics and gynecology at Southern Regional Health Authority in Mandeville, Jamaica. She also completed an internal medicine residency at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, Fla.

Dr. Ibanez Cabrera takes the time to engage with her patients, ensuring they feel heard, respected and empowered in their health journey. “My care philosophy is rooted in building strong relationships, fostering trust and delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs,” she said.

In addition to English, Dr. Ibanez Cabera is fluent in Spanish. She will see patients at Baptist Health Primary Care | Wellington, 2465 State Road 7, Suite 800, Wellington FL 33414.
