Primary Care physician Thomas Lubin, M.D., joins Baptist Health Medical Group North

Dr. Lubin joined Baptist Health from Einstein Primary Medicine at Mayfair in Philadelphia, where he served as a primary care physician.
Dr. Lubin earned his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson College of Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine at Atlantic Health System Mountainside Family Practice.
He will see patients at 1001 NW 13th Street, Suite 201, Boca Raton, Florida 33486.
