PEOPLE and Great Place To Work Name Baptist Health to 2025 PEOPLE Companies that Care List

MIAMI, FL – August 20, 2025 – PEOPLE magazine and Great Place To Work® have named Baptist Health as one of the 2025 PEOPLE® Companies that Care. This is Baptist Health’s third time being named to the list, ranking No. 97 this year as the highest-ranked healthcare system in South Florida. It is one of four companies in Florida and 12 companies in healthcare to make the list. This honor reflects Baptist Health’s commitment to excellence, earning national recognition as one of the best companies to work for in the country and a company that cares for its employees and community.

Rankings are based on insights from more than 1.3 million confidential employee survey responses and organizational data from companies representing over 8.4 million employees. The evaluation considers both the quality of workplace culture and the organization’s impact on its community, including charitable giving, employee benefits and initiatives that support employees, their families and the broader environment. Survey results, company-provided data and essay submissions are combined to assess how consistently organizations care for their people and contribute to their communities.
