Noor Khurana, D.O., Joins Baptist Health Primary Care as a Family Medicine Physician
MIAMI, FL – August 29, 2025 – Family medicine physician Noor Khurana, D.O. has joined Baptist Health Primary Care. Dr. Khurana specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and arthritis. She also treats common acute illnesses, including ear infections, colds and flu, as well as minor musculoskeletal injuries. In addition, she provides routine checkups and personalized wellness counseling aimed at disease prevention and long-term health.

Originally from Texas, Dr. Khurana earned her undergraduate degree in neuroscience from The University of Texas at Dallas and completed a master’s degree in medical sciences at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine in San Antonio. Dr. Khurana went on to complete a family medicine internship at LSU Health Shreveport and a rural family medicine residency at LSU Health Shreveport/North Caddo Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. She is an active member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Khurana is deeply committed to preventive medicine and emphasizes the importance of early screening and proactive care in managing chronic illness. Her clinical approach is rooted in holistic, patient-centered care, taking into account each individual’s unique background, lifestyle, and health goals. “I believe in building strong relationships with my patients and empowering them with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their health,” she said.
