Jan Krzysztof Rudzinski, M.D., MSc., FRCSC, Joins Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute as a Urologic Surgical Oncologist
MIAMI, FL – September 20, 2024 – Urologic surgical oncologist Jan Krzysztof Rudzinski, M.D., MSc., FRCSC, has joined Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute. He specializes in complex robotic urologic oncologic cases.

Dr. Rudzinski is committed to ongoing surgical education, training and quality improvement to enhance patient care and oncologic outcomes. He earned his medical degree at the University of Calgary Cumming School of Medicine after earning a Master of Science in Cancer Sciences degree at the University of Alberta, both located in Alberta, Canada. He completed a urologic surgery residency at the University of Alberta and a two-year Society of Urologic Oncology-accredited fellowship at the prestigious University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He also completed a fellowship in advanced robotic surgery at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles.
Dr. Rudzinski is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and a member of several professional organizations.
Dedicated to providing patient-centered care, Dr. Rudzinski prioritizes the needs, preferences and values of patients in all aspects of care, ensuring they are active participants in their cancer care decisions. “I collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and coordinated urologic cancer care,” Dr. Rudzinski added. “I am also actively involved in clinical and translational research so I can help my patients make informed care decisions and provide them with the most advanced, evidence-based treatment options.”
Dr. Rudzinski is fluent in English and Polish. He will see patients at Miami Cancer Institute, located at 8900 North Kendall Drive, Miami, FL 33176.
