MIAMI, FL – September 11, 2025 – Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected Baptist Health South Florida for the 2025 Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care™ List. This year, Baptist Health earned the No. 3 spot in the large companies category and is the highest-ranked healthcare system in Florida.
The Best Workplaces in Health Care award is based on analysis of survey responses from nearly 228,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies in the health care industry.
