Fortune Media and Great Place To Work Name Baptist Health South Florida to ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ in 2026, Ranking No. 45

MIAMI, FL – April 1, 2026 – Fortune media and Great Place To Work® have recognized Baptist Health South Florida as one of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® in 2026.

This is Baptist Health’s 26th time being named to this national list, this year coming in at No. 45. It is the highest-ranked Florida-based company on the list and the only healthcare system in the state honored. Baptist Health is one of only 10 healthcare organizations on this year’s list.

The 100 Best Companies to Work For list honors companies that build a high-trust workplace environment, measured by Great Place To Work. Confidential feedback from more than 1.3 million employees in the U.S. is matched against HR data. Only companies with consistently high survey responses across the 60 statements that comprise the Trust Index™ Survey are honored with placement on the list.
