Dr. Harlan Selesnick Receives Proclamation & Key to the City of Miami

Harlan Selesnick, M.D., orthopedic surgeon with Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute, received a proclamation and key to the city at the City of Miami Commission meeting. Nov. 16, 2017, was proclaimed Harlan Selesnick, M.D., Day, as he was recognized for his service as an orthopedic surgeon to the community as well as to a variety of sports teams.

Dr. Selesnick has been the only team physician for the Miami Heat since it was established in 1988, keeping players on the court through 12 division titles, 5 conference titles and three championship seasons. He is also a past president of the NBA Team Physician Society.
