Baptist Health South Florida Named One of the 2021 Best Workplaces for Women by Fortune and Great Place to Work®
The Best Workplaces for Women award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 5.6 million current U.S. employees. In that survey, 83 percent of Baptist Health’s employees said Baptist Health is a great place to work, compared to 59 percent of employees at the average U.S. company.
Baptist Health has more than 23,000 employees, and over 73 percent of the employee population is comprised of women. More than 70 percent of employees in leadership roles in the organization are female.
