Baptist Health Partners with Local Influencers to Launch Mask-Wearing Campaign
Miami, FL, August 25, 2020 – Baptist Health South Florida has teamed up with several local leaders and influencers to inspire the community to continue wearing masks. For months, Baptist Health and others have urged the public to wear masks as one of the primary ways to curb the spread of COVID-19. Now, Baptist Health is driving that message home in a more personal and unique way by gathering a group of celebrities, artists and community members to let us know exactly who they’re wearing their masks for and why.
Baptist Health is committed to continuing to put the community’s safety and health first. With the help of these local influencers, we are reminding the community of their power to help us do just that and to protect themselves, their loved ones and their fellow neighbors.
Some of the many influencers who have participated in the #MaskUpSouthFlorida campaign include Grammy Award winning artist Gloria Estefan, Miami Heat star Udonis Haslem, iHeartLatino Chairman and radio personality Enrique Santos and several others.
