Baptist Health Foundation Receives $1 Million Gift from Patrick and Linda McEnany to Benefit Baptist Health Doctors Hospital
CORAL GABLES, FL, – December 9, 2024 – Baptist Health Foundation announced today that it has received a $1 million donation from Patrick and Linda McEnany benefiting Baptist Health Doctors Hospital in Coral Gables. The gift will support surgical services at the hospital and will be recognized with a naming to be unveiled at a later date.

This donation will support the hospital’s growth and benefit patient care and treatment for many years to come.”
Patrick and Linda McEnany are longtime residents of Coral Gables. Both were born and raised in the area. Patrick is the chairman and founder of Coral Gables-based Catalyst Pharmaceuticals, with the company describing its core purpose as being committed to developing novel, safe and efficacious therapies to improve the lives of people with rare diseases.
“Doctors Hospital is one of the most innovative hospitals in South Florida and has been an important anchor and integral part of our local healthcare community,” said Mr. McEnany. “Linda and I are fortunate to know many of the healthcare professionals affiliated with the hospital and within the Baptist Health organization.
