Interventional radiology plays a critical role in modern healthcare by offering minimally invasive alternatives to traditional surgery. Using advanced imaging techniques, these physicians diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including vascular disease, tumors and other complex disorders, often resulting in shorter recovery times and improved patient outcomes.
As part of Baptist Health Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute, the physicians will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to provide comprehensive, coordinated care. Their addition enhances the Institute’s ability to offer leading-edge therapies and expand access to advanced outpatient procedures for patients across South Florida.
“This exceptional team helps broaden our interventional radiology capabilities and expand access to advanced, minimally invasive care across the communities we serve,” said Ashford Denman, vice president of operations at Baptist Health Heart & Vascular Care. “It also supports a better patient experience by making high-quality, efficient treatment more accessible.”
The physicians will see patients at Baptist Health Interventional Radiology | Kendall, located at 8950 North Kendall Drive, Suite 504W, Miami. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 786-595-0575 or by visiting BaptistHealth.net/Heart.
