Ana V. Sosa-Sanchez, M.D., Joins Baptist Health Primary Care as a Family Medicine Physician
MIAMI, FL – September 10, 2025 – Family medicine physician Ana V. Sosa-Sanchez, M.D., has joined Baptist Health Primary Care. She provides comprehensive healthcare to patients aged 18 years and above, serving as the primary point of contact for their healthcare needs. She treats a wide range of health conditions, including acute illnesses and chronic diseases, and her clinical interests include preventative medicine, women’s health and community health.

Dr. Sosa-Sanchez earned her medical degree at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at Baptist Health West Kendall Baptist Hospital in Miami, where she served as wellness chief.
When it comes to patient care, Dr. Sosa-Sanchez listens closely to her patients and strives to build strong relationships that enable her to treat the whole person, establish continuity of care and create a space where patients feel comfortable and heard. “My goal is to build trust and work with my patients to develop care plans that fit their unique needs and lifestyles,” she said.
