Lourdes A. Boue is Chief Executive Officer of Doctors Hospital and West Kendall Baptist Hospital. With more than two decades of leadership experience at Baptist Health, Ms. Boue is driving advancements across both facilities.

At Doctors Hospital, Ms. Boue is focused on enhancing emergency care and patient services. She is spearheading efforts to expand surgical capabilities and modernize the facility with cutting-edge medical technology. These advancements enable a broader range of high-acuity procedures, improve access to emergency services and elevate patient experiences.

At West Kendall Baptist Hospital, Ms. Boue has been instrumental in overseeing operations and implementing strategic growth initiatives. She led the four-story clinical expansion that opened in 2022, doubling the size of the Emergency Department and introducing new services such as a cardiac catheterization lab and an interventional radiology suite. Her leadership has been pivotal in addressing the needs of the rapidly growing West Kendall community.

Previously, Ms. Boue served as Vice President of Operations at West Kendall Baptist Hospital, Vice President of Baptist Outpatient Services, and Corporate Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development for Baptist Health. Her work in these roles encompassed resource allocation, long-range planning, leadership development, strategic marketing and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Before joining Baptist Health, Ms. Boue was the Chief Financial Officer for the Miami Jewish Home and Hospital for the Aged and an audit/consulting manager for an international accounting firm. She is actively involved in the community, serving as a member of the Orange Bowl Committee and on the board of the Southeast Florida Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. She holds leadership roles with organizations such as the Epilepsy Foundation of Florida and United Way of Miami-Dade.

Ms. Boue earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and a Master of Science in Leadership from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University.
