Basic Care:

Evaluation: Consists of an evaluation of common medical issues or injuries and the corresponding basic treatments required.

  • Recording of patient's medical history
  • Recording of patient's current symptoms
    Detailed description including duration, frequency and severity
  • Medical checkup
    Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate), physical evaluation


Basic Care + Any of the Following:

  • Basic labs
    Flu test, COVID test, strep test, urine test, throat culture
  • Minor procedure
    Injections, IVs, nail removal, treatment of bloody nose, single asthma treatment, ear wax removal, minor allergic reaction treatment, simple wound care, tetanus shot



Basic Care + Any of the Following:

  • Advanced labs
    Blood test, STD testing
  • Advanced procedure
    Splinting, multiple asthma treatments, catheter insertion, severe allergic reaction treatment, complex wound care, stitches, foreign object removal, IVs for dehydration
  • X-rays
    Multi-view, digital X-rays


Basic Care + Any of the Following:

  • Any labs, X-rays, minor or advanced procedures previously listed plus certain CT scans
