To prepare for your visit, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

Dedicated parking spots are available curbside in front of the practice. There are also designated parking spots clearly indicated on levels 2 and 3 of the parking garage. The parking garage entrance is located on Aurora Street. The parking ticket machine provides tickets for patients and visitors. Parking tickets are validated at the front desk of the primary care practice.

Meds2Home provides our patients convenience and expertise without the additional trip to an outside pharmacy. We work closely with your physician and insurance provider to get the medications you need when you need them.
