Our practice includes Florida Atlantic University faculty physicians and resident physicians who work together to provide coordinated, high-quality care, from preventive visits and annual physicals to ongoing management of chronic conditions. Resident physicians are always under the supervision of faculty physicians.

Preparing For Your Visit

To prepare for your visit, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

  • Photo identification
  • Insurance card
  • Copies of any relevant medical records, radiology images, consultation reports, etc.
  • Name of pharmacy, full address, and phone number, in the event that a prescription is ordered

Residency Program

Resident physicians are licensed physicians participating in a formal postgraduate training program to gain advanced skills and knowledge. Residents care for patients within their training program’s specialty. At Baptist Health, residents work collaboratively with faculty physicians to ensure the best patient outcomes.
