We are here for Plantation residents with world-class orthopedic care at Baptist Health Plantation.

Located at 1228 South Pine Island Rd., our modern, convenient facility has on-site parking for easy access. When you arrive, please bring your photo ID and insurance card with you as well as any medical records or forms requested by our medical staff. In addition, have contact information for your preferred pharmacy including name, phone number and address.

Meet the Team

Our team includes board-certified orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine physicians who are specially trained in treating a particular part of the body.

At Baptist Health, we’re committed to protecting your well-being from head to toe. Our 34 board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedists have the expertise to diagnose and treat a wide variety of bone and joint problems. From fractures to muscle strains to complex musculoskeletal conditions, we offer compassionate, complete care to get you moving comfortably.

Preparing You For Your Visit

To prepare for your visit, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

  • Photo identification
  • Insurance card
  • Written authorization of referral from insurance company (If applicable)
  • Completed history and physical questionnaire and signed consent forms (If applicable)
  • Copies of any relevant medical records, radiology images, consultation reports, etc.
  • Name of pharmacy, full address, and phone number, in the event that a prescription is ordered
