Our skilled surgical team offers minimally invasive surgical procedures using the latest technology including robotics. The result? Better care with a faster recovery time. We perform procedures including bariatric, stomach, intestinal and colorectal surgeries and treat conditions from hernias to thyroid disease.

When you arrive at the hospital, you can locate the surgery center in Suite 502. We offer reserved parking for our patients conveniently located near the main entrance on SW 62 Place. There is also a campus shuttle that makes a stop at the South Miami Metrorail Station. You can request shuttle services by calling 786-662-4199.

Please have your photo ID and insurance card ready as well as any relevant medical records that your surgical team requested. If you have a preferred pharmacy, be prepared with the name, address and phone number.

Preparing You For Your Visit

To prepare for your visit, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

  • Photo identification
  • Insurance card
  • Written authorization of referral from insurance company (If applicable)
  • Completed history and physical questionnaire and signed consent forms (If applicable)
  • Copies of any relevant medical records, radiology images, consultation reports, etc.
  • Name of pharmacy, full address, and phone number, in the event that a prescription is ordered
