Located off NW 87 Avenue and NW 53 Street, the general surgery team in Doral treats common conditions such as appendicitis, hernias, gallbladder, and intestinal and stomach issues, including bariatric surgery.

To get treatment as quickly as possible and back to doing the things you love, make sure to bring your photo ID and insurance cards with you. You will also want to have the name of your pharmacy with a full address and phone number, any copies of relevant medical records (radiology images, consultation reports, etc), and any required forms from our general surgery team and your insurance company.

To prepare for your visit, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

  • Completed history and physical questionnaire and signed consent forms (If applicable)
  • Copies of any relevant medical records, radiology images, consultation reports, etc.
  • Name of pharmacy, full address, and phone number, in the event that a prescription is ordered
