Baptist Health Cancer Care in Key West delivers expert, compassionate cancer treatment close to home for residents of the Lower Keys. Our newly renovated facility at 3426 North Roosevelt Boulevard offers a full range of services, including an infusion center for chemotherapy, advanced radiation therapy with a new linear accelerator, CT simulation for precise treatment planning, and on-site medical and radiation oncology.

Patients also benefit from the support of nurse navigators, registered dietitians, social workers, and symptom management specialists — all working together to provide personalized, whole-person care. When services are not available locally, patients receive expedited referrals to Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute, ensuring seamless access to the full expertise of Baptist Health Cancer Care.

Preparing You For Your Visit

To prepare for your visit, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

  • Photo identification
  • Insurance card
  • Written authorization of referral from insurance company (If applicable)
  • Completed history and physical questionnaire and signed consent forms (If applicable)
  • Copies of any relevant medical records, radiology images, consultation reports, etc.
  • Name of pharmacy, full address, and phone number, in the event that a prescription is ordered
