Marcus Neuroscience Institute, established at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health, is leading the way in neurological research and advanced therapies, taking a personalized approach to treatment. The Institute’s highly trained physicians use the most innovative high-tech diagnostic tools and minimally invasive technologies to diagnose and treat the brain, spine and central nervous system.

Marcus Neuroscience Institute is training the next generation of neurologists and neuroscientists in conjunction with Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine and its residency program. The Institute is a DNV Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center, which is the nation’s highest level of stroke accreditation. Marcus Neuroscience Institute is the first and only level 3 epilepsy center in Palm Beach County. As a level 3 epilepsy center, the Institute offers an array of services to diagnose and treat patients with epilepsy. All services are individualized to specific patient needs and can range from medication adjustment to surgery, if needed.

Preparing You For Your Visit

To prepare for your visit, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

  • Photo identification
  • Insurance card
  • Written authorization of referral from insurance company (If applicable)
  • Completed history and physical questionnaire and signed consent forms (If applicable)
  • Copies of any relevant medical records, radiology images, consultation reports, etc.
  • Name of pharmacy, full address, and phone number, in the event that a prescription is ordered
