At Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute, we bring together spine & pain care specialists to diagnose and treat the source of your back, neck or spine pain. The first step to helping your back or neck pain is to find the source of the problem. Our team then works to ease your pain and restore your function – without surgery. We treat your pain with less-invasive treatments and rehabilitation therapy.

Meet the Team

The spine & pain care team at Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute is made up of Board-certified physicians who specialize in various areas of neurologic care.

Preparing You For Your Visit

To prepare for your visit, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

  • Photo identification
  • Insurance card
  • Written authorization of referral from insurance company (If applicable)
  • Completed history and physical questionnaire and signed consent forms (If applicable)
  • Copies of any relevant medical records, radiology images, consultation reports, etc.
  • Name of pharmacy, full address, and phone number, in the event that a prescription is ordered

    Parking

    Parking is available in the garage behind the facility, as well as in the lot in front of the facility. In addition, valet parking is available at the main entrance of the building.
