About Us
The Wellness Center is a 7,000-square-foot facility located on the second floor of the Tassell Medical Arts Building on the Mariners Hospital campus. It is accessible from the north and south via U.S. 1 at MM 91.5 on the west side (bayside) of the highway.
The center is staffed with exercise physiologists who can provide expert support for everyone from marathon runners to people just starting a fitness program. Our equipment includes a variety of aerobic exercise machines and resistance training options. Locker rooms are also provided for your convenience.
Our services include group exercise classes, personal training, massage, wellness education and resources.
