Our Group Exercise department offers a variety of fitness classes to fit every skill level. With multiple classes per week ranging from mind-body formats like yoga, to cardiovascular and strength-based classes like spin and boot camp, the Wellness Center offers something for everyone.

Some of the benefits of exercising in a group setting include working out in a social and fun environment, a safe and effectively designed workout, a consistent schedule, accountability for participating in exercise, and a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience. Our group exercise instructors are all nationally certified in their area of expertise and carry CPR/AED certifications. Instructors include Bobbi Fisher, Diane Griste, Jennifer Hartman, Jim Horan, Julie Johnson, Latrice Johnson, and Matthew Peil.
