Our group exercise team offers a variety of fitness classes for every skill level. With multiple classes per week, ranging from mindfulness and yoga to spin and boot camp, Mariners Wellness Center offers something for everyone.

Exercising in a group setting is a fun and social experience. Workout classes are an effective and safe way to get in shape. Our group exercise instructors are all nationally certified in their area of expertise and carry CPR/AED certifications.
