World Class Healthcare Services for a Healthier Tomorrow

About Fishermen's Community Hospital

Baptist Health Fishermen’s Community Hospital is a modern, full-service facility dedicated to the health and well-being of the Middle Keys. Located in Marathon, the hospital has proudly served the community since 1962. After Hurricane Irma, Baptist Health rebuilt the hospital from the ground up, blending resilience with innovation to deliver care that’s stronger than ever.

Open 24/7, the hospital features an Emergency Department with an on-site helipad for critical transport, along with surgical care, orthopedic services, physical therapy and rehabilitation. Patients have access to advanced diagnostic imaging — including MRI, CT scans and 3D mammography — and outpatient cancer infusion therapy guided by a multidisciplinary oncology team.

Conveniently located on campus, the Walsh Family Medical Arts Building provides access to specialty services and physician offices, making it easier for residents and visitors to receive coordinated care in one place.

*Estimated wait times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Resources for Hospital Data

Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) makes available data on hospital prices and performance on their Internet website at quality.healthfinder.fl.gov/ and pricing healthfinder.fl.gov. The data on hospital prices and performance are based on a compilation of charges for the average patient. A patient's bill may vary from the average shown, depending upon the severity of illness and individual care needs. The service bundle information is a non-personalized estimate of costs that may be incurred by the patient for anticipated services and that actual costs will be based on services actually provided to the patient.
