Our outpatient imaging center is staffed by board-certified radiologists, highly skilled technologists and compassionate support staff. We use the latest technology to deliver the imaging services you need — from laboratory services and diagnostic and radiology imaging to men’s and women’s health services.

Diagnostic Imaging | Brickell is conveniently located on Brickell Avenue and the corner of SE 26th Street, just before Rickenbacker Causeway.

We recommend making an appointment, and all diagnostic services require a doctor’s prescription. Before scheduling an appointment, please have your prescription and insurance information available. If you do not have a prescription, please find a doctor and plan a visit to have a medical review. Our helpful staff will facilitate any necessary preauthorization with your insurance company before your visit.

Preparing for Your Visit

To prepare for your visit, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

  • Photo identification
  • Insurance card
  • Written authorization of referral from insurance company (If applicable)
  • Completed history and physical questionnaire and signed consent forms (If applicable)
  • Copies of any relevant medical records, radiology images, consultation reports, etc.
  • Name of pharmacy, full address, and phone number, in the event that a prescription is ordered
