Located inside Baptist Health City in suite B-900, Diagnostic Imaging | Boynton Beach is easy to find on Hagen Ranch Road, south of Boynton Beach Boulevard.

With board-certified radiologists and highly skilled technologists on-site, we provide comprehensive outpatient imaging services to meet all your medical needs. Whether you need a routine mammogram screening or other women’s health service, a simple X-ray, or a more involved CT scan, PET scan or MRI, our imaging center uses the latest technology to ensure a fast and accurate diagnosis. Our Boynton Beach location also offers laboratory services, nuclear medicine and fluoroscopy studies, breast and core biopsies, bone density testing, men’s health services, Holter monitors and vascular services.

We recommend making an appointment, and all diagnostic services require a doctor’s prescription. Before scheduling an appointment, please have your prescription and insurance information available. If you do not have a prescription, please find a doctor and plan a visit to have a medical review. Our helpful staff will facilitate any necessary preauthorization with your insurance company before your visit.

Preparing for Your Visit

To prepare for your visit, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

  • Photo identification
  • Insurance card
  • Written authorization of referral from insurance company (If applicable)
  • Completed history and physical questionnaire and signed consent forms (If applicable)
  • Copies of any relevant medical records, radiology images, consultation reports, etc.
  • Name of pharmacy, full address, and phone number, in the event that a prescription is ordered
