To schedule your diagnostic imaging appointment, you’ll need a doctor’s prescription. For faster service, please have your prescription and insurance information ready when you call or request an appointment online. If you don’t have a prescription, we can help you find a medical professional for an evaluation. Our knowledgeable staff will also assist with any insurance preauthorization, so your visit is as smooth as possible.
