Our outpatient diagnostic imaging center is home to board-certified radiologists, highly skilled technologists and compassionate support staff who make it easy for you to receive the imaging services you need. From X-rays to mammograms, we use the latest technology to deliver quick, accurate diagnoses you can trust.

An appointment is required for all services. To schedule, please call 561-955-4700. Before calling, please have your prescription and insurance information ready. Our helpful staff will assist with any necessary preauthorization with your insurance provider before your visit.

To prepare for your visit, please make sure to bring the following items with you:

  • Photo identification
  • Insurance card
  • Copies of prior breast imaging tests with reports (required for all new patients)
  • Written authorization of referral from insurance company (if applicable)
