Dr Gipps is great. Unfortunately, he's farther away now, the drive is congested at any time of day, and he works for a mega-system whose technology is overwhelmed and inefficient. Just getting messages through (via portal "email") or trying to contact staff via telephone ("option 6") is largely time consuming and slowly unresponsive.

We love Dr Gipps, but this location is not going to work for us. Congested drive, valet parking is NOT for Baptist clients (only for Belmont Sr Living) so not good.
