I really like Dr. Caruso. He's kind, caring, and informative. My only concern is that he was the only one that day wearing one of those paper masks. Maybe he had a good reason, but I don't know what it could have been. Puzzling. Hope he's okay.

I was very disappointed in the service provided by Dr. Caruso for my wellness visit. Additionally, I am never able to schedule with him when needing a sick visit. Every time I contact the office, the earliest availability is at least 3 weeks out for any doctor in the office. I had contacted Dr. Caruso's office prior to my visit to have a standard blood work panel conducted so that I could discuss results. I am very interested in my health and how my values are tracking. I am a healthy patient, nothing out of ordinary. Doctor Caruso would not order me lab work. When I brought this up during our meeting, he would not listen to my perspective and said the answer would always be a "categorical no.". I do not feel like I am able to help inform how I would like my health managed...and I still do not know how my bloodwork looks even after my wellness visit. Also, I found the doctor to be rude/inappropriate when I was talking to his nurse assistant while waiting for him. He acted as if I were inconveniencing him and actually left my room stating that I could finish with the assistant...it was just a strange encounter and a little rude...both the assistant and I were a little taken aback.
