Dr. Del Conde has always shown concern for my well-being and does his very best to answer all questions. This particular visit I had concerns about a certain medication but he took the time to really explain the pros & cons for me. He is one of those doctors with a good bedside manner and soft, comforting voice. I really appreciate that.

Dr. Del Conde-Possi was very impatient, he did not pay attention to any of my comments or explain what the problem with the legs could be. He ordered two ultrasounds and said he would see me in six months. At no time did he talk about contacting me to explain the results of the tests. Very displeased I went to the portal of the Baptist where I found that the DR, Del Conde had described, on the very day of my visit, a diagnosis which he had not bothered to discuss with me or mention as a possibility of the nature of the problem. Naturally I am going to get tested and visit another specialist. Thank you for the opportunity to report my complaints.

Don't care what doctor says, root cause of edema is not gravity. Geez/ I really do not like being gaslighted by physicians providing medical care. Further, I should have been told about health issues/problems I would experience due to mis-matched prosthesis issue at the time of the heart surgery, sometime long before now -- 7 years later. I still don't know what to expect in the future and I am still unwell.

We are not happy that he seemed to jump to conclusions without even examining me first, I am sure there was a review of information before he came in to the exam room but once there he only listened to my heart. He also seemed very decisive about his opinion without offering alternative possibilities. On the other hand, we are very grateful he directed us to the Wound Care center which is where we needed to go. Also, on the plus side, he was very thorough in explaining his thoughts.

My doctor was very professional and cordial. He asked me that it was my option to continue seeing him as my heart doctor that I was doing everything to keep up with my health. That if anything I can have my primary doctor continue with me. I told him that I would like him to continue seeing me as my heart doctor. I will continue seeing my primary doctor .
