Dr Shapiro has always been very nice and patient. She seems to remember me and my treatment beyond just reading medical notes. Dr. Shapiro Wright was great. She was friendly and professional. She listened to me. She explained the issue and recommended a treatment plan. I felt like I was the priority to the Doctor and I'm confident with the plan, going forward. I would recommend Dr Shapiro Wright as a Doctor but I would give a "heads up" that the office staff is difficult to reach and not that nice to deal with.
