La Dra. Gladys Girón, FACS, subespecializada en oncocirujana mamaria y certificada ante la Junta de Especialidades Médicas, es la presidenta del Programa de Liderazgo para la Salud del Seno de Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute. Anteriormente fue directora médica de Taylor Breast Health Center en Jackson Memorial Hospital. Cursó sus estudios de medicina en la Facultad de medicina Miller de University of Miami y realizó una residencia en cirugía en University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center. La Dra. Girón realizó una subespecialización clínica y de investigación en cirugía del seno en el Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center y una subespecialización en cirugía mamaria en el Colegio de Médicos y Cirujanos de Columbia University en los centros médicos St. Luke's-Roosevelt y Beth Israel. Ha publicado varios artículos de investigación en revistas médicas y es profesora clínica adjunta de cirugía en la Facultad de Medicina Herbert Wertheim de Florida International University.

Dr. GIRON is a rare physician. If I have a question that is impacting negatively to call a colleague and get the answer, call me back and make a recommendation about medication.
