A PA mentioned being admitted to the Hope Center and I said that I was told the program had changed and it would be on an out-patient basis; I was informed that it was not correct. We then had a conversation about my caretaker and was made to feel like I no longer would be accepted into the Car-Tvyki procedure; I sent an email to the scheduler, who has done a great job and it was brought to the attention of Dr. George Nahas. The problem was taken care of and I have already gone through the procedure. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Dr. George Nahas.
