He demonstrated great competence in his specialty, while maintaining a very friendly demeanor, which instills a lot of confidence in the patient. He really takes the time and listens to what I have to say, he is super knowledgeable, he is honest but at the same time caring, gentle, and has a warming and loving smile that makes me feel at peace.
