Dr. Ross is a treasure. He is very good at communicating on a sensitive area. It is very easy to see that he cares very much about his patients. As for the treatment itslef, he limits discomfort to a minimum by being so fast and I am very happy with the outcome. I will certainly recomend Dr. Ross to others.

He went into explaining the reasons of the current issue and for a few years I've been following a treatment plan that was recommended from a previous GI and Dr. Ross explains the adverse reaction it can cause with time. I appreciate that little bit of information.
