My wife was with me on this visit and we both came out of my appointment with a similar feeling. That Dr. Van der Ven was very thorough with his overall evaluation of my situation and explaining to us how we should proceed. He wants me to continue with my physical therapy and come back for a follow up in 6 - 9 months. This is a very conservative approach and we like that.
