A good experience. I was given the care I came for. Everyone including the doctor was very receptive to me and my needs. The doctor demonstrated the mechanics of the surgery, etc. And made sure any questions I had were answered. I was given plenty of information, a folder with all the information I'll need to make my surgery a success.

Dr. Gaukhman was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, has an excellent bedside manner, welcomed questions, is a good listener and despite his very impressive education, specialized training, vast experience, and current position at your hospital, didn't have an inflated sense of self importance like some other specialists I have come in contact with over the years which was a pleasant surprise. I consider myself fortunate to have found him and think you would be equally appreciative to have someone of his caliber representing your hospital.

Dr Gaukhman was very friendly and polite. He was prepared with X-rays, was patient to show me comparisons of right/left joints, answered my questions. He presented treatment options, understood my needs and other current medical conditions; and took all that into consideration. I was very appreciative of his listening skills and kindness.
