A good experience. I was given the care I came for. Everyone including the doctor was very receptive to me and my needs. The doctor demonstrated the mechanics of the surgery, etc. And made sure any questions I had were answered. Dr. Gaukhman was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, has an excellent bedside manner, welcomed questions, is a good listener and despite his very impressive education, specialized training, vast experience, and current position at your hospital, didn't have an inflated sense of self importance like some other specialists I have come in contact with over the years which was a pleasant surprise.
