    Dr. Simpson earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine – Georgia Campus. Upon completion of her PGY1 pharmacy residency training at Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center, she practiced there as an Internal Medicine Clinical Specialist. During her tenure at Wellstar Health System, she oversaw clinical, residency, and student programs. She joined Baptist Health South Florida in August 2023 and serves as the clinical pharmacy manager at Bethesda Hospital East and West. Dr. Simpson is committed to patient-centered care, she is an innovative leader who drives organizational growth through strategic planning and implementation of continuous quality improvement initiatives to achieve optimal patient outcomes. She fosters positive and collaborative workplace culture, and is passionate about pharmacy research, education, and mentorship.

    Director of Pharmacy

    Dr. Lau obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Florida. She started her Pharmacy career in West Palm Beach and joined Bethesda Hospital in 1995 as the Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator and promoted to Pharmacy Operations Manager. Dr. Lau has been the Director of Pharmacy since 2005. She has a vast experience in both clinical and operational management from opening a new retail pharmacy at Bethesda Hospital East, planning and opening a new inpatient pharmacy for Bethesda Hospital West, 340B Program to other clinical service lines and operations initiatives. She currently serves in various system and entity committees.

    Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator

    Lissette Bauza earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and completed Post Graduate Year 1 (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency training at South Miami Hospital. During her residency, she gained experience in acute care and developed a deep interest in emergency medicine, cardiology and transitions of care. Following residency, she joined the South Miami Team as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist where she contributed to Emergency Medicine and the Critical Care setting. Shortly after, Lissette obtained board certification in pharmacotherapy and then went on to join the Bethesda Hospital Team as the Transitions of Care Pharmacy Specialist, where she implemented a new Pharmacy Transitions of Care service line.

    Currently, she serves as the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator at Bethesda Hospital, where she supports clinical service development, precepts learners, and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to advance safe and effective medication use across the continuum of care. She has developed a strong interest in medication safety and optimizing processes to improve patient outcomes.

    Outside of her professional work, Lissette enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, being outdoors and on the water, and exploring new cuisines.

    Jacqueline Frost, Pharm.D., BCPS

    Medication Safety and Quality Coordinator

    Dr. Frost is the Medication Safety and Quality Coordinator for Bethesda Hospital East and West. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida in 1999. Prior to her career as a pharmacist, Dr. Frost gained valuable experience as a Middle and High School Teacher and Pharmacy Technician. She served as a Pharmacy Clinical Manager for 20 years. In her current role, Dr. Frost facilitates the Bethesda Medication Use Committee and actively contributes as a member of several key organizational committees including the Patient Safety Committee, Quality Council, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, Residency Advisory Committee and the BHSF Medication Safety Corporate Committee. Dr. Frost is responsible for analyzing medication incidents and evaluating medication use processes to identify and mitigate risk. She collaborates closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to pinpoint risk areas, educate staff on best safety practices, and promote a just culture of safety and accountability within the organization.

    Audrey Anderson, Pharm.D., BCCP

    Cardiology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

    Audrey Anderson, Pharm.D., BCCP, serves as the Cardiology Pharmacy Clinical Specialist at Bethesda Hospital East. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Texas at Austin and completed both her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice and PGY2 Cardiology Pharmacy residencies at the West Palm Beach VA Healthcare System.

    Dr. Anderson focuses on the care of patients in the cardiovascular intensive care unit and cardiovascular step-down unit, where she plays a key role in optimizing pharmacotherapy for complex cardiac conditions. She actively contributes to institutional initiatives through her involvement in the Cardiac and Vascular Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Subcommittee and the ICU Clinical Specialist Committee.

    In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Anderson is a dedicated member of the American College of Cardiology, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advancing cardiovascular pharmacy practice.

    Critical Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

    Kelly D'Ambrosio earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, before completing her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Auburn University in Auburn, AL in 2018. Dr. D'Ambrosio then pursued post-graduate training, completing her Post-Graduate Year 1 (PGY1) and PGY2 in Critical Care at Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL. Following residency, she joined the Lee Health staff as an oncology clinical pharmacist at Gulf Coast Medical Center (GCMC).

    Shortly after, Dr. D'Ambrosio transitioned to the critical care team at GCMC in 2021, where she contributed her expertise to the medical, neuro, and Level 2 trauma intensive care units. In 2022, she became the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director at GCMC in addition to serving as a core critical care preceptor for both first and second year pharmacy residents. Dr. D'Ambrosio is dual board certified in pharmacotherapy and critical care.

    In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, trying new foods, and chasing her 2 French bulldogs.

    Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist

    Crystal Parke, Pharm.D., BCPS earned her bachelor's degree with a double major from Florida State University and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A&M University. Dr. Parke completed her pharmacy residency at St. Vincent Medical center in Jacksonville, Florida. After completing residency, she started her career in Academia at Florida A&M University focusing on Internal Medicine. She then transitioned to a fulltime Clinical Pharmacist role at Tampa General Hospital. Crystal joined Baptist Health South Florida in 2022 and now serves as the Emergency Medicine Pharmacist. She is an active member of the Critical Events Committee and represents Bethesda Hospital East on the Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Collaborative Committee.

    Marina Zwisler, Pharm.D., BCIDP

    Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

    Dr. Zwisler is a board-certified infectious diseases pharmacist with over two decades of experience advancing patient care through antimicrobial stewardship, clinical leadership, and healthcare education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Maryland in 1992 and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida in 1996. She is certified in Antimicrobial Stewardship through the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists.

    Since 2017, Dr. Zwisler has served as the infectious diseases specialist for Bethesda Hospital East and West. In this role, she co-chairs the multidisciplinary Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee and contributes to several key hospital committees, including Infection Prevention, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, and the Residency Advisory Committee. As the system liaison for antimicrobial stewardship, she leads all antimicrobial initiatives and serves as a clinical resource for providers, residents, nurses, pharmacists, and ancillary staff.

    Dr. Zwisler is also a dedicated educator, precepting advanced pharmacy practice students from Palm Beach Atlantic University and Nova Southeastern University in Infectious Diseases/ Antimicrobial Stewardship rotations. Her mission is to promote prudent antimicrobial use through practical, evidence-based education that empowers healthcare professionals and improves patient outcomes. Her passion lies in making a lasting impact on antimicrobial practices—one conversation, one intervention, and one learner at a time.

  • Morgan Alvah, Pharm.D.

    Morgan Alvah, Pharm.D.

    Neonatal and Women’s Health Clinical Pharmacist

    Morgan Alvah, Pharm.D., was born and raised in South Florida. She completed her bachelor’s and doctorate’s degrees at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Dr. Alvah then continued her training by completing a PGY1 Pharmacy residency at BayCare Health Systems – South Florida Baptist Hospital. She completed a Teaching Certificate with the University of South Florida. Following her residency, Dr. Alvah joined the pharmacy team at St. Mary’s Medical Center as a NICU and Pediatric Pharmacist. Shortly after accepting this role at Bethesda Hospital East, Dr. Alvah became a full time NICU and OB Pharmacist and has been practicing in this area for a year.

    In her free time, Morgan loves to spend time outdoors with her friends, family and her dog.

    Transitions of Care Clinical Pharmacist

    Lilia Loutan, Pharm.D., RN is a Transitions of Care Pharmacist at Bethesda Hospital East, where she focuses on optimizing medication management upon discharge and ensuring safe, seamless care transitions for patients. She began her healthcare career as a registered nurse after earning her Associate of Science in Nursing from Broward College in 2005. For a decade, she practiced at Memorial Healthcare System, gaining experience in Med/Surg, Oncology, and Maternal and Neonatal Care units. In 2019, Dr. Loutan earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy. She went on to serve as a clinical pharmacist at Northwest Medical Center before joining Bethesda Hospital East in April of 2023, where she transitioned into her current role the following year. Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Loutan is deeply engaged in advancing pharmacy practice and professional wellbeing. She serves on the Transitions of Care Standardization Committee and is Co-Chair of the Pharmacy Wellbeing and Belonging Committee. She is also passionate about mentorship and recently became an APPE preceptor for Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she enjoys guiding pharmacy students in their clinical training. Her areas of interest include heart failure, infectious disease, and patient counseling, with a strong emphasis on improving outcomes through education, medication access assistance, and collaborative care. Outside of work, Dr. Loutan enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters, deep sea fishing, and is a proud Miami Dolphins fan.
