Eligibility Requirements and Application Schedule
Our program attracts, educates, and retains exceptional healthcare talent to serve the South Florida community. Program participants will be trained in the Baptist Health Way with a focus on quality, inclusion, compassion, and collaboration.
Program Eligibility
- Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must obtain a Florida pharmacist’s license
Application Requirements
Prospective residents are required to submit the following:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Official transcripts from all colleges of pharmacy attended
- Three letters of recommendation from professional references utilizing standard form required by PhORCAS™
- Personal statement of intent

Core Learning Experiences
Our program's curriculum includes several rotational experiences, each typically lasting a few weeks. These rotations offer trainees a broad range of learning opportunities, providing extensive exposure to various experiences throughout the duration of the program.
