Radiosurgery Fellowship
Miami Neuroscience Institute
The Radiosurgery Fellowship is a six or twelve month program covering all aspects of radiosurgery, with a focus on adult patients.
The program at Baptist Health’s Miami Neuroscience Institute will provide training and experience in all aspects of radiosurgery for tumors and vascular disorders of the brain – from decision-making to administration – across a number of delivery platforms. Fellows will select a 6 month or 12 month training track and a January or July start date. During the program, fellows will participate in frame application, treatment planning, brain tumor and radiosurgery conferences, and clinical radiosurgery research projects. As time allows, fellows will be afforded the opportunity to participate in general neurosurgery call and supervised open surgical procedures. Fellows will be expected to produce three scholarly manuscripts and present at one national and one regional medical conference.
